There are no fees for this catagory. We do ask that you promote our event within your church or organization by the following:
- Link to our website from your web page.
- Promote our event verbally or with a poster we are happy to supply.
- If you are a church, we would love for you to put our family festival in your bulletin. This is not a requirement however.

- Booth must represent a legitimate church or non profit company or organization.
- May be asked to provide proof of your nonprofit status.
- The goal is to promote your church or nonprofit. Please keep that in mind.
- Must not consist of flea market items such as imported items, or resale or used items

The deadline to submit an application is March 15, 2017. It is recommended that you apply as soon as possible. This show will be reviewed in process until this show is full. The deadline may be moved if show is not yet filled. Notification of acceptance will be made no later than March 20, 2017. There will be a rain date set if inclement weather postpones the event.
Promotional materials are provided with the Exhibitors confirmation packet for Exhibitors wishing to advertise the event.
Booth space is approximately 12′ by 12′ with a small space between each booth. Exhibitor/Vendor must provide ALL booth materials/displays, tables, chairs, etc.
FAF provides electricity upon advanced request. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $25 fee for 220V hookup. Please advise in comments section below if you need electrical power..
If you sign an agreement/contract for this event you are expected to remain for the entire two days. EARLY PACKING, WITHOUT PERMISSION IS CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT.
